Partnering with the Premier Lacrosse League, the Be the Best Clinic is one of the best instructional clinics that 3d offers and emphasizes high reps with high intensity. 3d feels this strategy gives players a better sense of the game by having more touches, but also gives them the tools to be creative in how they implement our teachings into their game. This is our most lacrosse “focused” camp, built on small-games and 3d methodology. With years of proven success helping athletes develop as players and people, we are beyond excited to welcome everyone back to this camp.

U9 (Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders)
U11 (3rd and 4th graders)
U13 (5th and 6th graders)
U15 (7th and 8th graders)
*Players will be grouped according to age and skill level during the three days.
